Brandlive Presents: Directions to Neverland
Imagine if the process for creating your webinars and events felt easy, magical even. Creating powerful webinars and events that tell a story is challenging for anyone. Creating...
Let’s be real—trade show floors can blend together in a sea of identical booths and forgettable swag. But if you spotted a burst of bold cactus-inspired colors and caught the scent of palo santo and orange oil at SXSW or Enterprise Connect this quarter, you’ve experienced the Brandlive difference. The team behind your favorite streaming platform has been busy showcasing how companies can truly “Stream Boldly” in 2025.
Our Q1 journey began amidst the saguaros of Scottsdale, where B2BMX brought together the brightest minds in B2B marketing. While we hadn’t yet unleashed our full “Stream Boldly” experience, we laid the groundwork by demonstrating how our platform is revolutionizing company-wide meetings and internal comms events across industries.
Marketing leaders were drawn to our solutions that don’t just inform employees but actively engage them. Because let’s face it—if your company culture events feel like mandatory dental appointments, you’re doing it wrong.
Austin’s annual creative confluence provided the perfect backdrop for our technicolor takeover. Our “Stream Boldly” campaign burst onto the scene with a sensory experience that had attendees stopping in their tracks—and not just for the mango chocolates (though they disappeared faster than attention spans during events hosted on Zoom).
The real conversation starter? Our booth studio where industry professionals shared unfiltered hot takes on the state of workplace video. From “Why do internal training platforms have to be so soul-crushing?” to “My company’s virtual allhands feels like it’s streaming from 2010,” the responses were both hilarious and painfully relatable.
Visitors to our booth discovered how Brandlive is essentially building “YouTube for work” – creating employee content hubs that people actually want to engage with. Marketing and internal comms professionals were particularly excited about our teaser for Style Packs, our soon-to-launch library of customizable event assets that transform branded internal meetings from visually bland to grand.
The enterprise crowd might have a reputation for being more buttoned-up, but they proved just as eager to “Stream Boldly” at Enterprise Connect. Our cactus-inspired booth stood out like a creative oasis in a desert of corporate aesthetics.
IT decision-makers and communication directors lined up to learn how our premium allhands production services and allhands AV support can elevate internal comms without requiring an entire production team. The frequent question “How do we live stream company allhands without looking like amateurs?” led to rich discussions about allhands video services that make leadership look like they’ve hired a Hollywood crew.
Our demo stations showcasing virtual allhands production services were busy, with particular interest in how companies can build a video studio for work without breaking the bank. From setting up cameras for company allhands to perfecting audio and lighting for internal broadcasts, our team provided insights that had even the most technically challenged attendees feeling empowered.
The insights we gathered from our “hot takes” video booth are being compiled into what promises to be an eye-opening report on the state of video in workplace communication. (Spoiler alert: employees want better engagement and learning and development platforms that don’t feel like punishment.)
And those Style Packs we teased? They’re set to revolutionize how companies approach their internal video events and employee meetings, providing a growing library of beautifully designed assets that transform events from functional to phenomenal.
As we pack away our newly acquired fuschia couch set, we’re energized by the connections made and conversations started. Whether you’re struggling with how to live stream internal comms effectively or searching for a quarterly townhall platform that won’t induce employee yawns, the message from our Q1 events is clear: it’s time to stream boldly.
Because when it comes to your company culture events and internal comms, “good enough” simply isn’t.
Stay tuned for our full report on the state of workplace video, coming soon to an employee content hub near you.
