Admin Console

Reporting for Hybrid Event In-Person Attendance  

Admins can now manually mark registrants attending in-person as “Attended In-Person” from the Registrations tab of the Project Details screen. Users marked as attended in person will be displayed in the Analytics dashboard as well as the Attendee report. Learn more.

New Video Report 

We’ve added new Video Report capturing attendee information and all instances of video plays by session. 

Inbound Registration Integration 

Admins can now create a Brandlive registration endpoint from a third party CRM (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce). Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for setup. 

“Sitebuilder” Role Renamed to “Editor” 

We’ve renamed the “Sitebuilder” role to “Editor” to better align with our recent update from Event to Project in the Admin Console. No functionality or access will change for these users. Learn more.

New User Permission Role 

We’ve created a new role positioned between Admin and Editor (formerly Sitebuilder). Builders will have all privileges of an Admin but will not have the ability to add new admins. This role is largely designed for developer use. Learn more.

Non-English Default Language 

Admins can now host an event with a non-English default language and remove English from all base URLs. Learn more.

Greenroom

Download Overlays 

Producers now have the ability to download overlays from the Media tab. Learn more.

Overlay Layouts 

We’ve added a new ability to hide/show overlays when in Showbuilder mode. This will allow users to interact with overlays similarly to Photoshop, Figma, or other editing tools and will prove particularly useful for overlapping overlays. Learn more.

UI/UX Updates & Improvements

Admin Console Session Details Page

Closing the editor will now take users to the Project Details page, rather than the complete projects list. 

New Showbuilder Curtain in Greenroom

We have revamped the curtain that transitions the Greenroom from Live & Recording states to Showbuilder.
